The photographic material provided here may only be used freely for editorial purposes in connection with the Benvenuti Hotels. Please also note the following guidelines when using the photographic material:  

• Media partners (newspapers, magazines, TV stations, news portals, tour operators, etc.) may publish images obtained here in the editorial section of their medium without payment of a fee.
• The use of the images for any other purpose (in particular advertising, use for purposes other than those defined here) is prohibited unless written authorisation has been obtained. The use of the images for advertising purposes is generally possible by prior arrangement.  
• Every image obtained and published from here must be labelled with the byline "Photo: benvenuti.ch". Bylines such as "Image zVg" or "Image PD" are not permitted.
• The images must not be distorted or manipulated in any way that is alien to their meaning using image editing programmes. The central message of the image must not be altered.
